So I have been horrible at keeping up with this blog! I know. I have my good days and my bad...My weight has defeintly slowed right down, however i am still losing at least.
Currently I have lost a total of 89 lbs! yay! I really hope to be at 100 lb loss by thanksgigiving, but the last 2 weeks I have plauted (sp?) but I got some tips and am working on that.
My exercising has been crap latly, btu i am trying to speed walk daily on the treadmil and eventually I would like to start running. We shall see how that goes. 15 mins on it and I am dead lol.
On a positive note i can now squeeze into a size 18!! (was a 30 14 months ago)

Reached another mini goal!!
So I reached my mini goal of 75 lbs lost a couple weeks back!! YAY me!! I am actually at 79lbs lsot in total right now..almost half way to my goal!!
So I've been doing really well..the last 3 weeks in a row I lost 2.6 lbs..which is weird but hey I'll take it! this week i havnt done as well so we'll see. However I know I am been horrible about keeping up on my posts in here...I'll try though, its jsut hard I'm nto sure if i am tlaking to myself or if anyone actually reads this lol.
My WW meetings are now on saturday...I really like the leader there too, and its a more younger crowd. Plus i dont work then lol.

To help with my tracking..which i have become very bad at latly. I am going to do it online. so feel free to yell at me if you dont see me doing it every day.
So heres week one.

Sunday

Lean meal-Chicken terryaki 5pts
Snack
Cheese and crackers 4pts
Super
RCSS fried chicken, wedges and cowslaw 20 pts (guessed)
total pts 31/30 (flex down to 34 pts for the week)

Current update!
So I did gain 6.8 lbs at christmas time (damn my baking abilites), the first week back at ww I lost 1 lb of it, and then this last week i lost 3.4 lbs. So less then 3 lbs to go and i'll be back to where I was. I am hoping to lsoe it all by next week, however with lilia in the hospital and not being able to swim i will just do my best and cross my fingers that I dont gain.
BTW not sure if my ticker is right, I guessed. I'll have to look up the exact info and then correct it if i am wrong. (its in the car and DAMN its cold outside)
Btw isnt my blog pretty now? :D
if you have any ideas of a good song for it let me know!!
