remember to eat!!!

So the last 2 weeks my weight loss was .6 and .8, I was very frustrated. I had been swimming a bit more, i didnt eat my flex points, and I was eating a few less points each day then i was suppose to.

This week I ate my flex points (mmm carrott cake at my niece's baptism) i ate 2 extra points each day, and i went swimming 3 times (instead of my usual 5) and I lost 4.2 lbs!!!

Apprently if you dont eat enough your body starts to slow down in case your starting to starve yourself. So there is a fine line..you dont want to eat too much, and yet you cant eat too less either.

Anyways my total weight loss now is 65.6 lbs!! Woo hoo!
