Tomorrow is my weigh in day, and I have actually been pretty good this week. I have exercised more then normal..although i did make a couple "bad choices" I ate pizza and chicken wings on monday. But It was still better then before, I only ate 2 slices and 4 wings, and i didnt go over my points for the day. I also havnt weighed myself on the scale at home...I agree that doing that can be bad, and i was getting too much in the habit of weighing myself 2-3 times a day. Although i am nervous to see the results tomorrow since I am going into the weigh in with a blind eye bascially..oh well. As long as I lose 8 onces then i'll be at 60 lbs lost and i'll be happy!!
