So I dont know if I will be able to swim tomorrow seeing as i can barley breathe tonight (plus I am exhausted!!!) I dont think holding my breath for long periods is going to help much with this issue right now.
if I am not well enough tomorrow then i will hopefully rest up and be better for tuesday i dont want to miss too much swim time, I really want to kick up the weightloss a bit more again!!

.8 lbs
Well todays weigh in didnt go as good as I had hope. I lost .8 , so my total loss is 60.6 lbs. I am a bit bummed but still trying to remain postivie..and that means i'll just have to fix a few things this week to increase my weight loss for next weigh in.

Weigh in day tomorrow
Tomorrow is my weigh in day, and I have actually been pretty good this week. I have exercised more then normal..although i did make a couple "bad choices" I ate pizza and chicken wings on monday. But It was still better then before, I only ate 2 slices and 4 wings, and i didnt go over my points for the day. I also havnt weighed myself on the scale at home...I agree that doing that can be bad, and i was getting too much in the habit of weighing myself 2-3 times a day. Although i am nervous to see the results tomorrow since I am going into the weigh in with a blind eye bascially..oh well. As long as I lose 8 onces then i'll be at 60 lbs lost and i'll be happy!!

this is the swim plan that I have been following for the last couple months...

8 x 25m Freestyle Swim (even pace), rest 0:10 / 25m
Freestyle swim at a steady pace.
Build up (repeat 8 times)
•
1 x 25m Single Arm (arm by side) 6 x left, 6 x right, 6 x full stroke, rest 0:10 / 25m
Freestyle using one arm at a time, focusing on shoulder and hip rotation. Complete 6 arm strokes with the left arm followed by 6 strokes with the right arm. The non-stroking arm is held loosely by your side.
•
1 x 25m Streamline Kicking, rest 0:10 / 25m
Freestyle kick with arms held out front in a streamlined position. Fingers overlap with one thumb lightly gripping the opposite hand. Lift your chin above the water to breath without turning your head.
Core
•
2 x 200m Freestyle Swim, leave on 05:00 / 200m
Freestyle swim, starting every 200m set on the defined time period. The departure time combines your swimming target time and rest time, so the faster you go the more rest you will have. Conversely, the slower you swim, the less rest time you will have.

The start of my weight loss journey
Finally after having enough of being Obese I deicded to do somthing serious about it. So 19 weeks ago i joined weight watchers.
It hasn't been easy thats for sure, especially since i have such a huge amount to lose in the first place (160lbs according to my doctor, which would bring me down to 180lbs..I'm 5'9) Even Brant deicded to take this journey with me, which made even a bit easier to stick to.
So every Firday at 9:30 am I go to my meetings. I have been good and have only ever missed 2 (we were at a wedding up north, and Lilia was in the hospital) meetings.
After a few weeks I added exercise, I now swim for an hour each time (2K) 4-5 times a week. I go in the mornings before the kids are even up.
I have so far lost 59.8 lbs!!
I decided it would be easier to blog all my personal tips, my success, my struggles and even my failures since a lot of ppl are pretty interested in it. So keep checking back to see how I am doing!!
